Description

NILvault's ambassador program lets college athletes apply to become a campus referral ambassador for its free NIL deal-tracking and compliance platform. Approved ambassadors get a custom referral link, QR code, text templates, Instagram Story graphics, a locker-room flyer and a mobile dashboard. Athletes climb "Vault Ranks" by referring teammates: Rookie (1 referral) earns a Founding Ambassador badge; Starter (5) earns a drawstring bag + sticker pack and private community access; Captain (8) earns a dad hat + slide sandals, social shoutout and premium dashboard; All-Star (12) earns a crewneck sweatshirt, priority support and homepage spotlight; Legend (20) earns a custom varsity jacket, 1:1 mentorship and a custom athlete profile page; Hall of Fame (30+) is application-only with advisory board consideration and exclusive events. Rewards are non-cash merch/recognition only and athletes are told to check with their compliance office.

Deliverables

Apply via the online ambassador form, then share your custom referral link/QR code with teammates (text, group chat, locker room, Instagram Story templates), track referrals in the ambassador dashboard, and progress through tiers to unlock non-cash gear and recognition.
